Position Title: Design Graduate Division: Haircare Market Reporting To: Digital Designer (Main Manager) and Head of Ecommerce

Role Purpose The Design Intern

Graduate Designer supports the marketing and e-commerce team across digital, advertising, and in-store design touchpoints. This role plays a key part in bringing campaigns, products, and brand experiences to life across website, email, advertising, and physical retail.

This is a hands-on role suited to a design graduate or early-career designer who is eager to learn, build real-world experience, and contribute meaningfully to live commercial projects.

On the Job learning New Website Project · Support for the new Shopify website redesign project · Assist with building, updating, and rolling out pages, collection layouts, and on-site visuals · Help implement design updates post-launch to ensure consistency. Designing for Online · Assist with ongoing updates, campaign content, and collection page upgrades · Update on-site banners and Depict assets · Support sale, launch, and seasonal site updates Designing for Advertising · Assist with email design and execution · Supporting in the creation of social ads and digital placements · Designing for outdoor advertising · Support in-store collateral as directed by marketing team General Team Support · Asset resizing, exports, and file organisation · Quality checks before campaigns go live · Overflow support during peak campaign periods · Support collateral for sales, promotions, and new product launches

Skills & Competencies / Decision Making Responsibilities · Recently graduated or currently studying graphic design, visual communication, or a related field · Strong foundational skills in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) · Basic understanding of digital design for web, email, and social · Interest in e-commerce, branding, and marketing · Strong attention to detail.
