What the Business needs:

Grants, Stakeholder and Project Development Intern

Netsafe's Dunedin team is seeking a proactive and confident intern to support our national grants and partnership's function.

No two days are the same within our fast-moving and innovative not for profit, with multiple projects on the go and a clear go to diversify and grow our funding base to deliver more online safety initiatives for public good.

As an intern, you’ll gain hands-on experience with grant writing and research, stakeholder engagement planning, and developing project ideas that can attract sponsorship or funding.

You’ll also help maintain our CRM (contact management system) and assist with preparing materials such as concept notes, pitch decks and reports.

This internship is ideal for a student who enjoys research, writing and creative thinking, and who wants to see how new projects grow from an idea into a funded initiative.

You’ll develop practical skills in fundraising, relationship management and nonprofit strategy, while contributing to Netsafe’s mission and being part of some pretty cool initiatives.

The wider Netsafe team works across New Zealand, with offices in both Dunedin and Auckland. We're a friendly, hardworking bunch.
