While our focus remains on these established markets, we are open to exploring opportunities in Italy and France, leveraging our proof points and connections within these regions.Our mission is to do away with traditional sensors, they are archaic, lacks conformity, degrade over time and require regular calibration and manipulation. We do away with this by providing the future of sensing utilising hyper-granular, broadspectrum sensing, and machine learning.

Sales and Marketing Assistant Role Overview: The Sales and Marketing Assistant will play a crucial role in supporting our Head of Sales. This position is ideal for a dynamic and proactive individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment. The assistant will be instrumental in facilitating the smooth operation of sales and marketing initiatives, contributing to the overall growth and success of the company.

Key Responsibilities: Collateral Compilation: Assist in gathering, organizing, and preparing sales and marketing materials. Social Media Management: Manage and update social media platforms with engaging content, coordinating with the marketing team to align social media strategy with broader campaigns. Account Research: Conduct thorough research on key accounts to support sales strategies and understand customer needs. Schedule Organization: Manage and organize schedules for meetings, ensuring efficient time management for the Head of Sales. Customer Communication: Regularly check in with customers, updating them on company news, product updates, and events. Event and Webinar Organization: Assist in planning, organizing, and executing webinars and other marketing events to engage with the target audience and promote brand awareness.

Required Skills and Qualifications: Excellent communication and organizational skills. Proficiency in social media platforms and digital marketing tools. Ability to conduct detailed research and present findings coherently. Strong time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks. Basic understanding of sales principles and customer relationship management. Desired Experience: Previous experience in a sales or marketing assistant role is beneficial but not mandatory. Familiarity with the wine industry or a willingness to learn about it. Working Conditions: This role may involve a mix of in-office and remote working. Standard office hours with occasional requirements for event participation. Reporting Structure: The Sales and Marketing Assistant will report directly to the Head of Sales and work closely with the marketing team.
